Zafferani Combined 60° Combination Flat Edger and Mitering Machine

A combination flat edger and mitering machine for production of flat edge, miter and rear arris in one pass. The first three wheels (1 diamond wheel and 2 polish wheels) produce the flat edge, followed by two rear arris wheels at 45° (1 diamond/1 polish), followed by the variable angle miter group of 3 wheels (1 diamond wheel and 2 polishing wheels). Mitering can be carried out at any angle between 0-60° by driving the wheel bed from the control panel to any angle desired. High polish is generated on the flat edge, rear seam and miter in one pass, using cerium oxide impregnated polishing wheels.
