The SE10A is a 10 spindle straight line edging machine, with 4 diamond, 2 resin and 2 polishing spindles for polishing and grinding the flat edge and 2 resin and 2 polishing spindles for the front and rear arris.  Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically for a trouble-free high-quality finish.  Conveyor pad position and conveyor speed are controlled by PLC, and setting and display of glass thickness and conveyor speed are by touch screen.  The precision cast alloy conveyor with enclosed bearings ensures smooth operation and high loading capacity.  Inlet and outlet conveyors use timing belts for long life and precise operation.  Conveyor speed is controlled by a variable frequency inverter drive for low maintenance and quick speed adjustment.  The inlet conveyor height is adjustable to quickly change the amount of glass removal during flat polishing.
