The SAE10A is a 10 spindle variable angle mitering machine, with 2 diamond, 2 resin and 2 polishing spindles on a 0-45° mitering base and 4 spindles for the front and rear arris.  Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically for a trouble-free high-quality finish.  Positioning of the spindles can be controlled by PLC.  Setting and display of glass thickness, miter angle, flat edge width and conveyor speed are by touch screen.  The precision cast alloy conveyor with enclosed bearings ensures smooth operation and high loading capacity.  Inlet and outlet conveyors use timing belts for long life and precise operation.  Conveyor speed is controlled by a variable frequency inverter drive for low maintenance and quick speed adjustment.  The inlet conveyor height is adjustable to quickly change the amount of glass removal during flat polishing.
