Metral PBG Shape Edger/Beveller

For the user who does not wish to tie up production time for bevel polishing, Metral offers the PBG model dedicated to the bevel polishing function. The machine features the same robust construction qualities as the CMG and DFG models and comes in two versions – with rotating table and without rotating table.

The machine is fitted with a stainless steel recycling tank with enclosed pump for cerium delivery to the felt wheel. The head angle can be adjusted for different bevel angles and the head itself has a spring loaded mount so that the operator can exert different pressures as required. The machine comes with standard extension arms and radius device for automatic processing of circles. This machine is a must for large shape beveling facilities.
