Ideal for pencil edge and flat edge requirements in the standard 1/8” - 3/8” range, this well-proven work-horse from Zafferani is probably the most widely used two spindle machine in the business. Originally designed about 30 years ago, the machine has seen constant improvements over time. Perhaps the best indication of its rugged build is that the conveyor system can handle up to 7/8” thick glass. Built to handle glass up to 7/8” thick, this machine can produce OG edge or waterfall edge on 3/4” glass, while at the same time producing standard pencil or flat edges at high speed. Built to handle glass up to 7/8” (22mm) thick, the machine can produce highly polished OG, waterfall, bullnose profiles on 3/4” glass with ease, while at the same time producing standard pencil or flat edges at high speed. Capable of heavy grinding and polishing, the machine can go down to a minimum glass size of 2” (50mm).
